As part of Aramco's ambitious ERP Transformation Program, Al-Bilad Arabia was selected to participate in this strategic initiative, collaborating with specialized technology partners in data transition and cloud transformation. Through this project, Al-Bilad Arabia achieved significant milestones, simplifying the infrastructure from 13 systems to just 6, and reducing applications from 286 to 274, while maintaining data integrity and ensuring quality execution through the KTern.AI digital platform, which provided an integrated framework for quality management and acceptance testing. A progressive capability transfer model was also designed to enable Saudi Aramco's team to lead subsequent transformation waves independently, with ongoing support from Al-Bilad Arabia.

What distinguishes this partnership is the integrated approach that combined extensive SAP expertise, specialized data transition knowledge, and an advanced digital execution model. The project was not merely a technical upgrade but a controlled simplification and strategic transformation that positions Aramco to meet future requirements while ensuring business continuity and transferring capabilities to the internal team.
